1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the website located at pkr188.cam (the "Platform"), operated under the brand name pkr188. By accessing, browsing or using any part of the Platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with pkr188 and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

pkr188 operates as an English-language online casino and sports betting information resource. 2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below:

3 Account Eligibility

To register for and maintain an Account on pkr188, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as may be required by the licensing jurisdiction applicable to any operator whose services you access through the Platform. pkr188 operates a strict adults-only policy. Users who are under the applicable minimum age are expressly prohibited from registering or using any part of the Platform. The 18+ age threshold does not constitute a representation that gambling is lawful in Pakistan — users must independently verify their legal position.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You represent and warrant that your access to and use of the Platform is lawful under all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence. Users located in jurisdictions where online gambling or casino information services are prohibited are not permitted to register. pkr188 does not knowingly facilitate access by users in restricted jurisdictions.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each user is permitted to hold only one Account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, pkr188 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit any bonus balances or pending withdrawals connected to those accounts.

3.4 KYC Verification

All registered users are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals. KYC documentation typically includes a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of residential address and, in some cases, proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality.

4 Account Registration & Security

When registering for an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You accept ongoing responsibility for maintaining the accuracy of all information held on your Account. Providing false or misleading registration details constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

4.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share these credentials with any third party. pkr188 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

4.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pkr188 support immediately via the contact details set out in Section 15. You should also change your password immediately upon suspecting any unauthorised access.

4.3 Account Accuracy

Users must promptly update their Account information if any details change — including email address, contact number or residential address. Outdated information may delay KYC verification, withdrawal processing and support responses.

5 Platform Use & Conduct

Users agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful;
• Using automated systems, bots, scrapers or any non-human means to access or interact with the Platform;
• Attempting to circumvent security measures, geo-restrictions or account verification processes;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing or manipulation of game outcomes;
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any other financial crime;
• Posting, transmitting or distributing unlawful, defamatory, obscene or harassing content;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to pkr188 systems, servers or databases;
• Reproducing, distributing or commercialising any Content without prior written consent from pkr188;
• Creating or exploiting technical errors, glitches or system vulnerabilities for personal gain.

Any violation of the above may result in immediate account suspension, termination and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus offers, promotional incentives and illustrative PKR figures described on pkr188 are educational examples only unless explicitly confirmed as live, current promotions by a verified operator. Users must not treat any bonus description on this Platform as a guarantee of a specific offer being available to them. 6.1 Wagering Requirements

7.1 Deposit Conditions

8 Responsible Gambling

9 Intellectual Property

Users may access and view Content for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. Any unauthorised use of pkr188 intellectual property may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr188 excludes all liability for:

• Any financial loss, gambling debt or loss of winnings arising from use of the Platform or any linked operator service;
• Inaccuracies in illustrative bonus figures, PKR amounts or promotional descriptions where these are clearly labeled as examples;
• Interruption, delay or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure or circumstances beyond pkr188's reasonable control;
• Loss of data, account credentials or personal information arising from circumstances outside pkr188's direct control;
• Decisions made by users based on Content published on the Platform, which is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal or gambling advice;

Nothing in this clause limits pkr188's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data

pkr188 is committed to protecting the personal data of all users. The collection, processing and storage of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms.

By registering for an Account or otherwise using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pkr188 does not sell user data to third-party marketing organisations.

Users have rights under applicable data protection legislation, including the right to access, correct and request deletion of personal data held by pkr188. To exercise any data rights, please contact us using the details set out in Section 15.

12 Termination

pkr188 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account, with or without notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Provision of false, inaccurate or incomplete registration information;
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering or bonus abuse;
• Use of the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction;
• A court order, regulatory requirement or law enforcement instruction requiring account closure;
• Any conduct that pkr188, in its reasonable discretion, considers harmful to the Platform, other users or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any balance remaining in a terminated Account will be handled in accordance with the applicable operator's terms and relevant AML obligations. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings may be forfeited upon termination for cause.

You may also voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure does not extinguish any outstanding obligations, including repayment of any promotional credits advanced to you by the operator.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr188 is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

pkr188 does not represent that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. Users access the Platform at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable Pakistani legislation remain the sole responsibility of the user to understand and comply with.

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

14 Amendments to These Terms

pkr188 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the Effective Date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. pkr188 may also, at its discretion, notify registered users of significant changes via email or an on-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.

Users are advised to review this page periodically — at a minimum, each time they log in — to ensure they remain familiar with the current version of this Agreement.
